This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases from Glea, operated by 448 & 561 LLC. It covers sports towels, gym towels, cooling towels, yoga mat towels, swim towels, towel sets, and included pouches or cases sold through this store.
Return Window and Condition
- Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products.
- Customers may request a return within 30 days from delivery.
- Product condition accepted for return: new only.
- Exchanges are accepted when the requested replacement item is available.
- Return method: by mail.
Sports Towel Return Eligibility
Returned items should be unused, unwashed, clean, undamaged, and returned with original packaging plus any included pouch, case, loop, or towel set component. Items with detergent scent, sweat marks, stains, heavy lint, missing pieces, or signs of use may not qualify as new-condition returns unless required by law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If a towel arrives torn, stained, missing a pouch, incorrect in color, wrong in size, or different from the order, contact care@glea.shop within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos of the item, packaging, label, and visible issue.
How To Start a Return
- Email care@glea.shop with the order number, item name, and return reason.
- Wait for return instructions before mailing the item.
- Pack towels and included accessories securely in clean packaging.

Labels, Fees, and Refund Timing
- Return label: included in the package, free.
- Restocking fee: No cost. No restocking fee is charged for approved returns.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Shopify Payments.
- Refund processing time is 10 days after approval and submission.
Cancellations and Exchanges
Cancellation requests can be reviewed before fulfillment begins. Once an order has shipped, the customer may request a return after delivery. Exchanges depend on available towel color, size, pack count, or accessory format.
